We'd both spent a decade-plus inside the L&D supply chain — running labs for one vendor, sourcing trainers from another, chasing voucher PO numbers through a third. The same Tier-1 IT services L&D team would buy from us in different roles, on different MSAs, and we'd watch the friction stack up at month-end.
The brief that didn't exist anywhere: one contract, one trainer named upfront, one bill, one escalation path. Every L&D head we talked to wanted it. No vendor sold it.
We started Synergific Software on 27 May 2020 to be that vendor. Not because we had a venture-backed playbook — but because we'd delivered enough cohorts to know exactly what was breaking. The thesis was small and stubborn: an enterprise-training partner is judged on the second cohort, not the first. Earn the renewal or get out of the way.
Six years in, that's still the only KPI on our wall. Two co-founders. 2,000+ active learners on the platform this quarter. 30+ organizations running their cohorts on shared infrastructure under their own brand. Three ISO certifications — not because procurement asked, but because we wanted the discipline.
