Who is this partner program for?

Indian system integrators, L&D consultancies, training boutiques, EdTech resellers, certification voucher resellers, and large IT services firms with internal training arms. If you sell training, upskilling or cloud-skilling services to enterprises and you're tired of stitching together five vendors per cohort, this is for you.

Can I white-label CloudLabs and the LMS?

Premier partners can white-label the LMS with their logo, domain and brand colours. Strategic partners can white-label the entire stack including CloudLabs and the voucher store. Authorized partners co-brand under the Synergific umbrella.

How fast can my first cohort go live?

Eight working days from signed SOW. Pre-built sandboxes, bench trainers already on roster, and OEM voucher stock on hand means no procurement-side delay.

Do I need to commit to a minimum number of cohorts?

Authorized tier has no annual minimum — but you need to ship at least 2 cohorts in the first 6 months to retain partner status. Premier requires 8+ delivered cohorts in trailing 12 months. Strategic requires 20+ or ₹2Cr+ TCV.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Synergific is your delivery partner — invisible to the customer unless you choose to introduce us. Renewal conversations are yours. All commercial discussions go through you.

What support do partners get for sales conversations?

Premier and Strategic partners get a partner account director on call for technical & commercial questions. All tiers get the TCO calculator, deal-stage proposal templates, the case study library, and access to a private partner Slack workspace.

Are there any geographic restrictions?

The program is open across India, APAC, GCC and Africa. Lead-share routing prioritises partners with a presence in the customer's region. Strategic partners can request first refusal on a defined geography.
