Overview

This course, Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively perform the role of a Product Owner/Product Manager in a SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Agile mindset, Lean-Agile principles, and how to apply them to deliver value and drive the success of their products.

Objectives

At the end of Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager training course, participants will be able to

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager
• Gain knowledge of Agile and Lean-Agile principles and how they relate to product management
• Learn how to create and maintain a product backlog and effectively prioritize features
• Acquire techniques for eliciting and managing requirements
• Develop skills to align the product vision and strategy with business objectives
• Explore methods for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Understand how to plan and execute iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
• Learn how to apply Lean-Agile principles to create high-quality products

Prerequisites

To attend the Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager course, it is recommended that participants have some basic knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Prior experience working with Agile teams or in a product management role would be beneficial.
