Overview

TheISTQB Advanced Test Managementcertification equips professionals with the competencies needed to manage and lead software testing activities effectively throughout the software development lifecycle. It covers the essentials of designing test strategies, building test teams, and implementing test processes aligned with organizational goals.

Objectives

By the end of this course, leaner will be able to:

• Implement test management processes in various software development projects.

Prerequisites

Hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certificate, version 4.0 or prior. Have practical experience in a software testing or quality assurance role. Understand the basics of project management and team leadership. Be familiar with the fundamental principles of software development lifecycles. Possess foundational knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking.
