Prerequisites

  • Understand how agility brings predictability and flexibility.
  • Explore continuous improvement processes.
  • Recognize various Agile frameworks: Waterfall, Crystal, Lean, XP, Atern, DevOps.
  • Apply Agile principles within IT Service Management.

  • Define the responsibilities and commitments of a Scrum Master.
  • Identify suitable solutions for problem-solving within a team.
  • Utilize tools to facilitate team processes.
  • Coach the team effectively and mediate conflicts.

  • Write and maintain Product and Sprint Backlogs.
  • Implement iterative planning: Roadmap, Release, and Sprint planning.
  • Estimate tasks using Story Points, Ideal Hours, and Ideal Days.
  • Guide planning sessions, with and without Planning Poker.
  • Track progress using Information Radiators, Burn-Down Charts, and Velocity metrics.
  • Manage issues, bugs, and communicate with stakeholders outside the team.

  • Scale Agile projects using Product Backlogs in larger environments.
  • Implement frameworks like Scrum-of-Scrums and SAFe for larger teams.
  • Assess the suitability of Agile for various project types.
  • Identify the limits of a Scrum Team.
  • Utilize tools to aid Agile adoption and enhance development quality.
