Overview

Prerequisites

Participants should have a good understanding of Professional Scrum. Familiarity with the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams and passing the Scrum Open assessment is recommended.

  • Creating a Kanban board to visualize and track the flow of work in Scrum
  • Limiting Work in Progress (WIP) and actively managing work items during the Sprint
