Kubernetes Administrator

Location: Remote, Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for you to join our team as a Kubernetes Engineer to design, build and implement cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and related technologies for us.
Responsible for overall Docker & Kubernetes setup, configuration, and Architecture. Configuring and maintaining/ supporting a large-scale Docker based environment using Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Docker and Kubernetes environment. Ensure proper operational aspects including monitoring, reporting, and backup for both Docker hosts and associated images and containers. Help develop and maintain automated processes, tools, and documentation in support of Docker.
Work with development teams to understand capacity and performance requirements & Define a deployment solution using container orchestration tools to ensure a scalable and highly available solution. Assist Development teams to migrate applications to Docker based PaaS platform using Kubernetes.
Working with the customer success team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based training labs for the clients. Planning, designing, and developing cloud-based labs. Managing cloud environments in accordance with security guidelines.
Deploying software and taking other cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the lifecycle. Resolve participant, client’s queries, and issues related to cloud labs.
Building and designing web services in the cloud, along with implementing the set-up of geographically redundant services. Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company.

Experience/Skills:

Minimum 06 Months to 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s degree a plus.
Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack Administrator Certification is a plus. (Other cloud-related certifications are also a plus.)
Experience working with Kubernetes, OpenStack, Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Docker, and Microsoft Azure.
Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.
Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores such as Postgres.

Location: Permanent Work from Home.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST with Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.

Salary: As per Industry Standards.

Business Development Executive

Location: Remote, Experience: 1.5 - 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying sales prospects and converting them to leads.
Responsible for nurturing client relationships.
Achieve targets in line with organizational objectives.
Handling pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Maintain sales collaterals and stay up to date on current product knowledge.
Collect customer feedback.
Find opportunities to develop and drive business growth.

Experience: 1.5 – 2 yrs. of relevant experience

The candidate with IT Training Industry experience only shall be considered. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of a professional sales pitch and negotiation techniques and excellent English language command.

Location: Permanent Work from Home.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (IST) with fixed weekly off on Saturday and Sunday.

Salary: As per Industry Standards. Along with performance-based increment every quarter for the right candidate + attractive Incentives.
